If anyone has any GF holiday or everyday recipes, I'd REALLY appreciate them.. my son is a carb ADDICT, and we've just been informed he has to be on a GF diet. Thanks!!!!!

Definately! I suggested a book for you in Herport that has some gluten free recipies, but I also have this book that is just excellent. Everything from pizza to cake. I highly recommend both.
