1 pound ground turkey 1 large onion 2 green peppers 2 stalks celery 4 OZ. can mushrooms 20 0z. tomato or V-8 juice 2 cans bean sprouts (or 1 large can) 1 TBSP soy sauce 1 packet sweet 'n low salt and pepper
spray skillet with pam and brown ground turkey. Drian. Add all ingredients and simmer until soft (30-40 minutes). Serves 4 with very good sized portions. Unbelievably good!! ____________________________

10-09-03, 08:48 AM Sandy I suppose you could Sherasi, especially ground beef, but I use the ground turkey to keep it light.
