I have recently been diagnosed with diabetes. Does anyone have any good recipes I can try, or links to some? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. ___________________________

The best thing to do is get some dietetic cook books, written by nutritionists or professional chefs. I say this because I have seen people run into trouble getting recipies online or from friends that are supposedly okay for diabetics, but aren't--they only omit sugar, but other things can cause problems, too.
You should be able to find these or books like them at the library if you just want a few tips.
