Hello Everyone! I am looking for recipes without eggs in them. My friend's little girl is allergic to eggs. I have a few cake recipes, but I guess I am looking for more "main" dish and sidedish recipes. Thanx for any ideas you can send my way!!

With the Betty Crocker and Duncan Hines cake mixes, you can often substitute vanilla yogurt for eggs. I have only had experience doing this with the yellow cake mix, but it may work for other flavors.

The cake turns out very moist and sometimes is difficult to keep from falling apart, but this is a solution that works, and there is very little difference in the taste (compared to using eggs).
