Two (10 oz) packages fresh spinach
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 t salt
5 oz. walnuts, chopped
10 oz box matzah

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Wash spinach, cut off stems, let drain. Chop spinach in small pieces into large bowl; add beaten eggs, slat, and most of chopped nuts. (the rest will be put on top). Soak Matzah until pliable and drain. Line prepared pan with half of Matzah spread with spinach mixture; cover with balance of matzo. Sprinkle top with reminder of chopped walnuts and bake 1 hour. Serves 8.
