Posted Hide Post In 1972 or '73 I did "Opportunity Knocks" on British TV with a band called "The North Stars" on the same show as "The Real Thing", who won. "The John Miles Set" ("Music Was My First Love") came 2nd (!) and we came 3rd (everybody say 'Aaawwww')! (In the TV magazine they were billed as "Vocal Perfection", but changed their name to "The Real Thing" just prior to their appearance on TV.

Karrow	Posted Hide Post Chris Amoo breeds, shows and judges Afghan Hounds. His greatest success was winning Best In Show at Crufts in 1987 with Champion Viscount Grant. Here is a picture.
