Posted Well losing the vice-captaincy "so that he can concentrate on batting and keeping wicket" has certainly done Brendon McCullum some good to judge from today's performance. 111 not out so far in the Pakistan one-dayer - and against a pretty challenging bowling attack as well. When did he last make a one-day hundred, I wonder? (Don't worry, I'll look it up). Very well done, mate, on a fine return to form.
