Posted In the Past weeks in the skies around Liverpool there have Been reported "Lights" Singly and Clusters slowly drifting in the Breeze But rather than Panic or speculate several of the spotters Knew what they were They are these,up to 4ft tall Chinese hot air sky Lanterns which can be purchased in town or online Make a good Harmless wheeze releasing one of these out of town of an evening with the Breeze taking it over the Town centre More Here
