Yes, thanks, it is interesting. I've only scanned it so far, but I'll go back.
The biggest problem in UFOs being from other worlds is the DISTANCE. We have seen enough of the worlds in our own Solar System to have a reality-based belief that the UFOs wouldn't come from here. They just aren't hospitable to advanced-enough lifeforms -- especially if the lifeforms are similar to us, which the "grays", etc. seem to be.
And if the UFOs come from other star systems, they would need a reason to invest generations of their people in traveling so far just to look at us and not make contact.
The only other possibility I can think of is of a civilization that lives permanently on a starship, as has been postulated in many science fiction stories. I guess that could happen: they could be in our system, orbiting undetected somewhere, and sending ships to Earth over a period of 30 years or so. If they had come all this way, a long-term study of Earth would make sense.
It's just so frustrating not to have ANY hard proof -- and hard proof can't include eyewitnesses. You need more evidence that a person's word in a court of law to prove something, and it has to be the same way in the rest of the world (except for religion).
I'm not saying the UFOs could not exist, but it sure is unlikely. Too bad.
