A friend remembers two lines from what he thinks might be an American Folk song.

The words are "The mill wheel ceases turning, The miller goes to rest."

What is the name of the song?

Recording artist?

There is another Forum Post from 2005 (ex Australia) which has almost the same words
quote:
"the windmill keeps on turning and the miller goes to rest"
(Is a Googlewhack) ie A solitary hit on Google

They also say on the Post it may be Victorian.

I'm not 100% sure, but I may now know the title of the song.

"THE MILLER'S SONG" is track #11 on a CD titled "Bagpuss: The Songs & Music" by Sandra Kerr & John Faulkner
