This chart here is a good cross reference that will help you determine how many pints of blood are in your body based on height and weight. The entire volume of blood circulates through the arteries, veins, and capillaries but at any given time the total blood volume distribution ratio is: venous system 60% arterial system 25% capillarial system 15%
