what is the volume of blood that runs through our veins, arteries, and capillaries???Veins how much? arteries how much? capillaries how much?

Blood volume depends on each individual's size, what state of hydration they are in, and the volume of cellular elements (esp number of white and red blood cells). An average for someone weighing 150 lbs is a little more than 5 1/2 quarts. This chart here is a good cross reference that will help you determine how many pints of blood are in your body based on height and weight. The entire volume of blood circulates through the arteries, veins, and capillaries but at any given time the total blood volume distribution ratio is:
venous system 60%
arterial system 25%
capillarial system 15%
