Hi bigcooterb. Welcome to AnswerPool! Smile

I looks as if the Southeastern Conference has the most violations. The Task Force Committee on Compliance and Enforcement (Committee) was appointed in 2002. Their goal was to improve the SEC's compliance program. Although there was a summary of major NCAA infractions cases occurring since 1953, I do not see that it is a matter of public record.

Arizona State University and Southern Methodist University top the NCAA's list of major infractions, each with 8. They are followed by Auburn, Texas A&M, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Wichita State with 7.

The database is at the NCAA website, www.ncaa.org, under legislation and governance - compliance - major infractions. See if this link works.

The questions about probation remains - does most major infractionsmean the most probations? We still need to find out!
