I was interested in creating an organization and was wondering if anyone knows how this is done or where i can find refference materials.

Inuyasha, to enable members to give you good advice, can you be more specific about the 'organisation' that you want to create?

it seems that you would want to make sure in your mind what size org you want, which form and in which sector?
Like a small NGO in the public sector or a partnership/joint venture sort of thing? Or to go big, obtain loans (through security _ and at abhorently large interest rates if you are just starting) and form a company maybe; publicly funded.

Plus what industry would you be interested in?
