I’m not exactly sure of what you’re looking for. Most companies don’t do business with each other via call center. Some manufacturers do market to distributors through call centers. Or are you looking for companies that conduct their business to the public through call centers? Try to narrow down the question and I’ll be happy to help in a search

It was too late to edit, but I think I may have figured out what you're looking for. Is it when one business transfers its' customers to another business for additional service or needs? Banks and insurance companies have these type of "partnerships" I could get give you a couple of names. Please come back and clarify. I'm second guessing and it's driving me nuts like an "old song" I know the tune but not the words.

I'm not sure any center specializes in "business only" calls. It would limit them too much. That could be why the searches are coming up empty. I think the contracts are awarded to the telemarketing company and they use a group of specially trained people for those calls.
I work with several people that came from a major call center. I'll check with some of them today and get back to you tonight.

I spoke to an ex manger of a call center today. She is not aware of any call centers that specialize in calling to “business only”. If you’re trying to market a service or product, there are many companies that will train a select group of people to work on your account. She gave me a web site address to pass on to you. She said they will give you a free quote from several different companies. It looks like you have to fill in some information regarding the services you require and they will shop for quote for you. Hope it helps. http://www.buyerzone.com/professional_services/it_consulting/qz_questions_711.jhtml

It was no problem just part of the "job". That's why I get the "big bucks" at AP. I just hope it was what you were looking for. There's a pay deduction for every wrong answer I give.

Just wanted to let you know the manager had time to chit chat today (she was on her way out yesterday) she told me she actually managed the b2b department. (I think I earned a few brownie points with the big boss for asking. She actually thinks I’m interested in what she did)
She said she would be happy to communicate any information you need. She thinks we know each other, not communicating on a computer) She also suggested to carefully choose a company if your getting them to market for you. Some companies will let anyone do their b2b accounts. A good one will only use highly professional type people. (Not the same ones who call you at dinner to sell you a credit card)
She also suggested that when you find your company, you set very strict guidelines for them. It’s also advisable to create the type of script you would like them to use. They should be able to polish it for you. Insist and feedback as to the type of response they’re getting on the calls.
