I guess I didn't really make myself clear.
I mean advantages to the customer, economy, etc.

I guess I didn't really make MYSELF clear. (Sorry about that) Jay has done in depth research and writing in regards to small and medium businesses and their benefit to modern society as opposed to large corporations.

Just one of his little tidbits:
