Corporation wins Eminent Domain case... now sues FOR BACK RENT!!

Some home owners fought for 5 years.. and now the Corporation is actually sueing for BACK RENT saying that the last 5 years the litigants were living on CITY PROPERTY!!!

That is such bullcrap!

I can now understand why the home owners were given the 2000 price for their homes, as that is what was offered when they began their protest. I do think that charging them rent is rubbing salt in the wound though!
