If a person is given blood everyday, and has been for about 4 weeks, does it seems logical for the doctor to say that he doesn't know what's happening to the patient blood, where it's going? How could a doctor not know? The patient does have a blood clot in the leg.

If the doctor doesn't know where the blood is going then I would be finding a NEW doctor for sure...that doesn't I agree make any sense what so ever to me either.

Sounds like the patient is bleeding out somewhere - or has internal bleeding. I'd be bringing in a nuclear medicine specialist to inject radioactive isotops into a blood vessel so they could follow the flow of blood. That's one way to see where it is going.
