Okay so I'm 21, and my ears have been pierced since I was six months old. I hate earrings and have not worn them AT ALL since I was a small child, so I expect the holes are closing.
But here's the weird part - my left earlobe, in the pierce hole, will get all swollen and sore. Then I pinch it hard, and nasty white greenish stuff comes out like crazy, and then it's fine. But it just keeps happening. So what is going on?

You have a semipermenant zit inside the piercing-clean it well a couple of times a day with soap and warm water, pat dry, use a cotton ball to apply hydrogen peroxide, wait until your earlobe is dry then put a dab of antibiotic ointment on both the front and back of the piercing- if that doesn't clear up the problem after a couple of weeks, you may need to see a doctor for a course or even two of oral antibiotics.
