Were you prescribed physical therapy, or follow-up visits with your doctor to check your progress? Did you do it, or go?
Either way, you should get a referral to a bone specialist, or go see the doctor who saw you in the first place. This could be normal, or serious. You can't know until it is checked out.

I broke my arm when I was very young and it did not heal well, resulting in limited rotation. If I had done more PT in the beginning, I know I would be in a better place now with all of that. I definitely recommend seeing someone about this.

Yeah Sammy, physical therapy is so important. It can eliminate a lot of stiffness. Checking with your orthopedic doctor is the best thing to do.

If you are experiencing new discomfort, definitely check with your doctor. There may be different exercises you could be doing to help.

That is why you should definitely see your doctor as soon as possible. The earlier you catch and treat something, the better your chances.
