Being able to have children is not what defines a person, you in this case, as a valuable and viable person as Georgia so eloquently stated. I know you have long discussed the probability that you did not want to have children because of your diagnoses. That, too, is a choice only you can make.
But I know of many women who did have children after surgery such as this as well as other more significant disease such as cancer in the uterus who DID go on and have healthy children.
I just feel your own health is much more important and you are worth worrying about.
