Does anyone know the possible effects of a Prozac overdose? I have a friend (honestly) who confided in me that she was contemplating taking way more than her prescription allows. I'm worried about her.

Is talking about taking the whole bottle or what. If she does yes it could kill her. I would talk to her and see if you can get her to call her doctor. It is apparent this drug is not working for her. I was on Prozac and it did not work for me and now I take something else and feel 100% better. I urge you to call or go over and talk to her. Call her doctor office for her and talk to them. See if she can get something else and she needs to talk someone.
