Have you spoken to your Doctor or Pediatrician about this? I know that young people can have odd sensations from growing nerves and bones, and it is often painful. My sister had a lot of bone and joint pain when she grew so fast over a summer or longer period of time.
If you have not seen a doctor, you should do so. It may not be anything to worry about, but a professsional opinion would not be a bad thing.

the pain is not in my muscles, skin, bones, or joints. its in a circle in my upper backon my right side. the radius of the circle of pain is about 3 inches. So far, I went to a physical therapist, pediatrician, dermatologist, and have an appointment to see a neurologist in a few days. the pediatrician thinks its nerve pain but has no idea what could be causing this but shigles- but as i said before, arent i too young to get shingles?

I think anyone can get shingles if you have had chicken pox. But I am not possitive on that. My Aunt just a case of shingles and it was awful. She had a tinglely sensation in her back for a few days then big open areas. It hurt pretty bad. If you have been having just the tingles for a while I think by now you would have open sores. I not up on Shingles though so I may be wrong. May be Sherasi knows more about it. Good luck!
Here is some information on what Shingles are and how it is treated. This disorder is not really limited to any one age or demographic, but stress does tend to be a precursor.
I had the same thing but it turned out to be a sublaxion in my upper spine. Got an adjustment at the chiropractor's and it went away. The Dr. said the muscles were weak there, and for me to do stretches, floor touches, and walk more.

My chiropractor is not very dangerous for me despite what your mom says, in fact when I left his office my pain was gone. She must have had a bad encounter at some time or another. I don't know that I'd trust the word of a hysical therapist anyway, whatever that is.
