While I wouldn't classify this as a home remedy, it does discuss arthritis by use of the Mediterranean Diet.

One additional piece of information.

Chocolate has been known to exacerbate (make worse) the flareups of arthritis. My mom is an RN, she has arthritis and refuses to eat chocolate (and she LOVES it!) because it makes her arthritis worse.

yes it is bad, and yes i feel it the next day, but it dosent stop me from eating that yummy yummy chocolate

I've heard that about chocolate, but it doesn't seem to affect me at all, but thanks for the links, Sherasi, I'm going to check them out. I am really tired of all the drugs I take, with less than satisfactory results
