Is type one diabetes (insulin dependant) hereditary, or is it type two that is. I need a correct answer no guesses please.

They both can be hereditary. My whole family has developed diabetes as they got older. My sons best friend who is 9 has diabetes type 1 and he has a 2 cousins with it also. If you do a search on diabetes you will find a wealth of information.
