We just recently found out that my husband's ex-wife is very ill with Hepatitis C. They were divorced in 1989. I've heard that this disease can produce no sypmtoms for many years and I'm very afraid that my husband (and subsequently myself) is in danger. Are there any tests he should have? I'm petrified!!!!!!
Talk to your doctor about the tests. While they test for hep-c, they can also test for hep a and b, liver disease, and others. It might put you at ease about lots of things.
