I am 42 yrs. old and have known for about 3 yrs that I have fibro. There were times when I felt there was nothing wrong with me, but as time goes on I am accepting the fact that maybe it is more real that I wanted to realize. I have always been a very active person and could do anything, and now I have to train myself to think about what it is I need to do and then I ask myself, if I do this will I pay for it the next day. It ends up taking weeks to get better. I would like to know if there is anyone out there that can give me some insight, or ways to help me have a better quality of life?

I also have fibromyalsia. I have been treated for it for several years now and have had some significant relief. Talk to your Doctor, there are meds. out there that are helpful.
