I just finished going through posts of every member having over 50 posts. I now have a list of post numbers to replace the one that was taken. This will be the final list of 2008 upgrades.
Please note that there has been a change in criteria used for counting posts toward member status. In the past, only answers counted (and not even all of them). I have long felt that good questions, ones that stimulate good discussion, should be rewarded. They, too, add to the site, and it is only fair that members posting such questions and discussion-starters be acknowledged. Because of this new standard, some members are being upgraded even though there have been one or more upgrades since their last post. (In several cases, their last post was a few years ago.)

******************** People who feel that they, or someone they know, is overdue for an upgrade should e-mail me using my screen name AT gmail.com as the address. Please don't say anything publicly; there may be reasons that are not generally known, and you may embarrass someone. While I try to look at those closest to an upgrade first, there are a great many members now, and I could easily overlook someone close until near the end of compiling a new list. Please remember, however, that it is the number of quality posts that determine upgrades.

Congrats to dg ..A Diamond Girl Also my Neighbour Fourbrick2.(Who lives in the Next town but 1) And to All the Upgraders wherever in Cyberspace they are? Seems so apt
