Will goldfish and snails get along good or survive in the same aquarium?

Black Mystery Snails, Gold Mystery Snails, Columbian Ram's Horn, and Periwinkle Snails are compatible with with most fish except Puffers, Clown Loaches, and Yoyo Loaches.

These snails do fine in fish bowls, ponds, warm water aquariums, and cool water aquariums with water temps between 65 and 82 degrees Farenheit. They also tolerate aquarium salt dissolved in the water.

They will also eat flake fish food and living plants. But keep in mind, while they improve the quality of the water they are not a substitute for regular maintenance. Click here to learn more about maintenance.
