We recently heard what sounds like a legend that sharks, when caught, do not die until sundown. Is this true, if so, why?

I have never heard of that one. roll eyes

I have caught a few sharks. (Only kept one Mako)

I have been on trips when other people have caught sharks too.

They were all dead long before sunset. (The keepers)
