matron	Posted My son is going to buy about 6 goldfish. I do not like to see little goldfish bowls with the fish swimming in ever decreasing circles, and want to buy a tank. What size is recommended for 6 goldfish?

Six small (inch or so) goldfish can be kept in a 10 gallon with no problems, but they do grow so you'll need to provide them with a larger home eventually. Invest in the largest aquarium that you can afford. Also a point to consider is the type of goldfish you are going to get. Common goldfish generally get larger. Personally they are my favorite.
