Which country has most murders per capita?

I think you'd have to define "murder" for this one, unless you want Iraq or the Sudan as an answer.

I meant murders in normal times, not times of war or holocaust. On the list I have 62 countries ,Iraq and Sudan are not there. I will double check with another site to see if those figures make senses.
