I was unable to find a corroborating website for this, however, I recall that Benjamin Franklin's "air bath" involved him lying nude on a chaise lounge in front of open french doors, and allowing the breezes to "bathe" him.

Very good Gizmogram,"daily naked walks", was what I was looking for, but I like your answer as well. Ben Franklin was not only a prolific inventor but also a radical thinker way in advance on it's time.More details here.
