After a Google search I found something that fits the description -- but it's from 2005 & based on 2003 data: Health insurance among adultsquote: According to the study [by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation], the states with the lowest rates of uninsured adults included Minnesota at 8.3%, Hawaii at 9.8% and Delaware at 10.2%. The states with the highest rates of uninsured adults included Texas at 30.7%, Louisiana at 26.4% and New Mexico at 26%. Source

I thought it was just a matter of 'insured' versus 'uninsured' in how the question was worded. Mozart, you always manage to come up with nice stumpers that defy Google searching. Keep it up.

"The National Average Credit Score" is the answer I was looking for. Texas ranks worst at "666" and Minnesota best at "721". You can see how your own state is doing on the chart Here. ( Read them from left to right). The entire USA scores 692. Credit scores range from 300-850. Anything above 700 is considered good to excellent.
