The lowest pressure at which liquid CO2 exists is at the triple point, namely 5.11 atm at ­56.6°C.

The triple point of a material occurs when the vapor, liquid and solid phases are all in equilibrium. This is the point on a phase diagram where the solid-vapor, solid-liquid and liquid-vapor equilibrium lines all meet.

I concur with frankvan's description of triple point.

Click here or any number of other references to find that the triple point for CO2 is -56.6o Celsius (-69.9o Farenheit).
