Interesting, to say the least. Although I do not doubt the current laws of physics that explain why we cannot get something for nothing, I do believe that one day we will be able to make machines that will harness forces such as gravity and magnetism and get useful energy from them.

Perpetual Motion is as to Engineers as Gold was to the Alchemist. A dream considered possible with with no way to make it reality with "current" known understanding of the physics or chemistry.

Today the Alchemists dream of creating Gold out of base metals is called Nuclear Physics and is found the form of fusion.

Who is to say that science or an inventor will not find a loop holes of thermodynamics and create a real perpetual motion machine?

First things first. Scrap the name 'Flying Saucer' from your application, Do it now, do it as fast as you can - name it anything else that is not remotely attached to the UFO phenomena which is considered heretical science and few people will accept as legitimate "science"

Even if it is a saucer and it flies - find a different name to apply to it and more people will listen to you.

Secondly, I would suggest experimentation and application of design to be worth far much more than a claim. In other words build a working model and measure the energy input and out put directly.

Maths can be tricky, one can demonstrate that 1 plus 1 equals no more than 1 with math formula. Real application and testing of an idea will reveal far much more than having it on paper.

I do hope that this works, it would open the door for new physics, and affect science in ways I can not even imagine. However I temper enthusiasm with caution.
