Well, if she/he is sick, then yes it is possible. Bacteria are located on the skin, in the body, on the hands, in and on the mouth and all over.
You can't always tell if a person IS sick because they could be immune the virus or bacteria by already being exposed to it previously.
If you see that someone is obviously sick, don't kiss them, or get close to them.

colds, the flu, and mono spread very easily through kissing. Thankfully, most more serious diseases don't usually, but serious diseases can sometimes spread though kissing, especially if one of the kissers has a cut or sore.

It doesn't matter how you kiss, if there is bacteria or virus present you could catch it. Kissing is only the way it is transfered.. any kind of kissing can transfer it.

The deadly sorts are not all that common.. Mono is fairly common.. and that can make you sick for months.
