Has anyone tried this, I just got put on it, due to (I hate to admit it) constipation. It's for Irratible Bowel Syndrome, I believe but it seems to be working pretty good. I just don't take it correctly, it says two time a day, but I have only been taking it once, because it can make you have to run to the bathroom sometimes, lol. Is there any bad reports about this med?
