I was wondering if anyone out there knew of an online group or chat room for parents of handicap children?

Fireman, I don't know about groups.. I've not found any when I went looking for myself.. and I haven't found any when looking for you.

I DID see one promising site on Yahoo chat boards .. you just look for the subject matter similar to what you are looking for... but I don't have time for formal commitment to a group thing.

I have 2 disabled sons, ages 6 and 8 years old with Pervasive Development Disorders (Autism and ADHD and cognitive delays... my oldest has Cerebral Palsy as well), so if you want to email and talk you are more than welcome to do so.

For safety reasons.. nonmembers can look at this site and not be able get emails and other private information .... they have to register to get access to private information.
