Does anyone know if these work? I have really bad sinus and have trouble sleeping because I can't breathe and was wondering if they really opened up the airways. Thanks!!!

I had problems breathing with the pneumonia and when I was pregnant and becoming Severely Pre-Eclamptic... real breathing issues.

Those strips helped me very much. It almost gives you a high with such a large surge of air now being taken in.

I got some, I got the menthol ones and they smell nice and soothe, but I really didn't notice much of a difference in actual breathing....My brother also got some and swears they totally help, guess you'll just have to try em giz!!!

I guess SO Kitty! Course, I don't notice myself snoring, but when I wake up more tired than when I went to bed, I know I had a rough "breathing" night

I'm just chiming in. I've used them before, they work great, but peeling them off your nose is a little nasty. That glue sticks!

I jumped on these when they first came out and I noticed a BIG difference. However agree that the glue was horrible to get off. I switched to the clear ones and they are much better. By the time I get ready to remove it in the morning enough oils have seeped from my pores to create a fine layer under the strip and it comes right off. It may take a few days before you realize that you do in fact feel better. Good Luck!
