Does anyone know of a way I can increase my blood circulation. I am 50 and live in a cold climate and right now my hands and feet get very cold. People have said to eat garlic but as I use answer pool alot for computor questions and have never been disappointed I will ask here also.

Increased exercise is a great way to increase blood flow. This is probably your best choice because of the all-around health benefits that it will yield.

a couple of points: first, maintaining core temperature is important -- as simple a thing as wearing a down vest can help. Second, if your digits are cold to the point of getting blanched-appearing, you need to be examined to see if you could have a specific circulatory problem; among them something called raynoud's phenomenon. Exercise might help while exercising; but actually to increase circulation to an area requires investigating what, if any, specific problems there are. Finally, of course, to state the obvious: gloves and proper socks.....
