That is not a bad idea to keep track of your medical history. So all those details don't get lost or forgotten when you are busy or stressed.

That is a good idea. I've already written down a lot about my family's medical history. When you go to the doctor and hospital now, they ask you all kind of questions about your family's medical history. They even ask if they are living or dead, and how many siblings do you have.
I also keep in my purse a laminated copy of all my meds, surgeries , hospitalizations, allergies, and my family doctor's name. The list keeps getting longer.
