If a person is on a FMLA leave from a full time job, to care for a family member, but the boss catches the person working at a part time job, should the boss put any demands on the person? Is this right, wrong, or what? Could it just depend on the time of day that you're working? Should the boss just zip it, because he doesn't have jack to do with the part time job?

I don't think its right to be on a family medical leave act and be working at another job at all. If i were the employer I would probably have to fire the person if they were doing this. The responsibility should be with the full time job not the part time one.Maybe they could work part time hours at their full time job instead?
