Does anyone know if a knee support should only be worn while you are up, or can it be worn to bed at night. Would it slow circulation, while you are immobile?

well, it depends on the kind of support. If it is surgical in nature, you keep in on until the doctor tells you to remove it and how frequently, etc. If it is voluntary support (that is, by your choice) you can leave it on, but it is best to remove it at night.

For the best information, you should ask your physician who is managing these issues.

Sherasi, it is voluntary, so I'll take it off at night. I got a terrible strain (or something) on my knee, and my doctor is on vacation this week. I went to the emergency room, and the ER doc told me that I probably had a strain or tear, so he gave me a stabalizer to wear for a few days, and told me that if it was a strain, that it would get better on it's own, and if it didn't get better, to see my doc, because I would need an MRI. MRI's are not done in the ER, and are only done by doctor's orders. (CRAZY) In the meantime, that stabalizer drove me crazy, so I bought the support, and it really make it feel better. Anyway, sometimes I think that if it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all.
