Like we don't have enough to worry about everyday already -- here's another one! Tonight on the t.v. show "Dateline" they did a story on counterfeit pills showing up at our local drug stores. Dateline went undercover and actually dealt with one of these faked medicine companies --- this one was out of China. They pretended to be business men and actually placed an order of thousands of -- in this case -- Viagara pills. They took samples of these pills to Viagara real manufacturer, Pfiser. They were almost exact duplications except for the content of the "pills" --- mainly made of -- can you believe it --- drywall!
And now people have died because of these fake pills. They told the story of a woman who was using Procit to help fight her cancer and suddenly the Procit wasn't working. After she died, it was discovered that she was taking counterfeit pills.

That is sad and I bet it's really happening a lot. Probably in all catagory of drugs!
