I got my bellybutton pierced in 1992. It has started to reject. I took it out and am going to have it repierced. Do you know anything about this? Do you know of any websites that have info on this? ?(Sherasi? Wink) I only found 2 post boards but that isn't what I'm looking for. Thanks. Smile

Clare,
In my experience, my piercing was closed and I got it repierced. The only problem was that it was a little more painful and tough to pierce, simply because of the scar tissue. If yours is not closed, you may not have this problem... Sorry, I was probably no help.

yea the second time around it tingles a lil' bit more than the first. try icing it down first with ice then put the needle and string right through it and tie it off.
Thats how i did all mine.

My piercing isn't closed. I took it out and I'm waiting for it to close. (It has been about 2 weeks)

I want them to repierce through the same top hole but the one closer to my belly button on the bottom will have to be in deeper. The bottom hole is the one that isn't deep enough.

I have used this site not only for the belly rings but for the information as well. I thought it to be very helpful. It has all sorts of info. Take your time and look around. Good luck.

You should check out BME, it is by far the best and most extensive websites for piercings, tattoos and other body modifications, with lots of first-hand experiences from people and editorials.
