I herd that the testies have to be kept a certin temp. then the rest of the body is this true?
What is the consept of this? Is it for healthy sperm and/or greater sperm production? Any other good benifits?

**If I kept them cooler, will that give me healthy sperm?**

Mens sperm DOES need to be kept cooler than normal body temperature which is why the testes are lower from the body like they are in the majority of men.

Frequent hot baths and hot tubbing has been known to reduce sperm count and damage sperm. Use of tight underwear briefs also has been known to reduce fertility and sperm health.

Boxers are the better choice for briefs. Limit use of hot water and hot tubbing to only a few minutes to reduce damage to sperm.

I found an article that lists ways to keep sperm hale and healthy. It appears to be quite informative.

Other risks to sperm (and the rest of your body) include use of alcohol, smoking, various drugs, tight clothing, etc.

Healthy Sperm
